Agree on how to work together from the start

When an owner is not regularly in Vietnam, it is important to establish who receives updates and which decisions need prior approval. We will agree on the scope of work, how updates are shared and when to communicate.

Viewing and checking information remotely

Current photos, an inventory and a video-call viewing help you assess an apartment remotely. Anything not clearly visible or insufficiently documented still needs further checking before you decide.

Record the handover

Keep the handover record, photos and lists of keys and equipment received. Record any required repairs, the responsible person and the expected completion date.

Tenants, repairs and renewals

For rented apartments, I can continue as the tenant's point of contact and coordinate repairs and lease renewals. Replacing equipment and incurring expenses are handled under the scope and approval process agreed with the owner.
