What should you check when viewing an Empire City apartment?

Bring a short list of your priorities

Before a viewing, note your bedroom requirement, budget and essential criteria. I will use these to arrange suitable apartments and explain any differences from your requirements.

Check the outlook from inside

Check the views from the living room and bedroom, the light at the time of your visit, noise and privacy. Development photos on the website do not replace checking the view from the actual apartment.

Test the items included at handover

Check the kitchen, air conditioning, bathroom fittings, cupboards and other items the owner is leaving. For rentals, record the furnishings and their condition to avoid misunderstandings when returning the apartment.

Ask about daily living

Clarify parking, moving arrangements, resident registration and amenity use. After the viewing, I can summarise the apartment's suitability, required repairs and asking price for comparison.
