How long does the owner want to rent it out?

Before looking for tenants, establish how long the apartment is available and whether the family plans to use it again. I will also ask which tasks the owner wants to handle and where support is needed.

Check the apartment before listing it

Check appliances, cleaning and necessary repairs before taking photos and arranging viewings. An inventory of furnishings and their condition helps make discussions with tenants clearer.

Lease and handover

Agree on the lease term, payment schedule, included items and responsibility for repairs. A handover record and photos give landlord and tenant a reference when the apartment is returned.

During the tenancy

Within the agreed service scope, I can receive reports of issues, coordinate repairs and discuss renewals. We agree in advance which expenses require the owner's approval, rather than waiting until a problem occurs.
