Two-bedroom apartments can be very different
When choosing an apartment at Linden, Tilia, Cove or Narra, consider both the floor area and layout. The same number of bedrooms does not mean the same storage space, living-room size or privacy.
Check each apartment's position and view
Images of the residence help illustrate the development, but the view needs to be checked from the actual apartment. During a viewing, also check the light, noise and furnishings.
Buying to live in or rent out?
For your own home, prioritise everyday family needs and the required move-in date. If you plan to rent it out, also consider furnishing, repairs and who will manage it when you are away.
