How will the apartment be used?

Will you rent it out immediately or also use it for your family? Consider the rental availability period and when you may want the apartment back from the outset.

What costs are there beyond the purchase price?

List transaction costs, furnishings, repairs, operating costs and vacant periods. The advertised rent does not show how much remains after these expenses.

Who will look after the apartment while the owner is away?
