After filtering by residence, floor area and price, viewings can be arranged for suitable apartments. Check the views, furnishings, current condition and any work the owner needs to complete before handover.

Negotiations and document checks

The parties should clearly discuss the price, included furnishings, payment timing and handover. Check the specific apartment's documents before a deposit or signing; if using a loan, clarify the payment schedule with the bank.

Handover and next steps

At handover, record furnishings, keys and any outstanding work. If you are buying to rent out, I can continue to help prepare the apartment, find tenants and manage it under an agreed scope.
